Why we built this
We've seen countless attempts to automate order entry and customs declarations for logistic services providers. While EDI worked for the few, OCR tried to fix the rest. Unfortunately, it failed.
OCR-based solutions require templates, are expensive to maintain, and stop working the moment documents change. So they only ever worked for a few high-volume, repeat customers.
This creates a fundamental problem. Employee productivity doesn't improve and teams are still stuck processing emails, PDFs and manual inputs.
